Disclaimer

XCODX provides developer tools for building, learning, and testing. They are offered “as is,” without guarantees, and you use them and rely on their output at your own risk. This disclaimer works together with our Terms of Service.

Effective: 30 July 2026Last updated: 30 July 2026

01 What the tools are for

XCODX and its tools — the editor, compiler, emulator, live preview, code runners, and related utilities (the “Service”) — are provided for development, educational, testing, prototyping, and productivity purposes. They are intended to help you write, learn, experiment with, and evaluate code. They are not intended or guaranteed to be fit for any particular production, mission-critical, safety-critical, or regulated use.

02 Provided “as is,” with no guarantees

No warranties The Service and everything it produces are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantee as to the accuracy, reliability, completeness, quality, security, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service, its output, compiled results, previews, or any information it presents.

Output, results, and behaviour can contain errors, be incomplete, or differ from other environments. Always review, test, and validate anything produced with the Service before relying on it.

03 You assume all risk

Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for evaluating, testing, and deciding whether to rely on any tool, result, or output, and for any consequences of doing so — including any effect on your devices, data, systems, or projects. If you are unsure whether something is correct or safe, do not rely on it.

04 Code you write, run, and import

The Service lets you run and preview code, including code you write and third-party code, packages, and libraries you choose to import. You are solely responsible for that code. We do not review, verify, endorse, or guarantee the safety, correctness, or legality of any code executed through the Service, and we are not responsible for any bugs, vulnerabilities, data loss, malware, or other harm arising from it. Do not run code you do not understand or trust.

05 Third-party content, packages & links

The Service may load third-party packages and libraries and may link to third-party websites and resources. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, packages, code, services, or websites, or for their accuracy, safety, availability, or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

06 Advertising

Advertisements are supplied by independent third-party advertising networks. We do not create, control, endorse, verify, or guarantee any advertisement or the products, services, or websites it promotes, and we are not responsible for them or for any dealings you have with an advertiser. See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for details.

07 No professional advice

Content, documentation, and output provided through the Service are for general informational and technical purposes only and are not professional advice (legal, financial, security, medical, or otherwise). You should obtain appropriate professional advice before making decisions that could have significant consequences.

08 Availability and changes

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time, and the Service may be unavailable for maintenance, technical reasons, or events beyond our control.

09 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XCODX is not liable for any loss or damage — including data or project loss, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential loss — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or its output. This disclaimer is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service, including its warranty and liability sections. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
